As the National Youth Circus, the company is committed to making the facilities available to artists. We do this through our Creative Space, and Open Training programs.
Creative Space is a new initiative providing an opportunity for individual artists, groups and small-scale companies to join our regional community for an agreed period of time to create circus and physical theatres works in our award-winning headquarters. Visiting artists receive free access to our training facilities and mentorship by our trainers in order to create new work, and give back to our student community by running workshops or masterclasses.
Submissions for Creative Space residencies in 2018 are currently open. Spaces are limited; please download the guidelines below for more information.
