Circus isn’t just for kids, and we have a wide range of recreational classes suitable for teenagers and adults across each term. Classes cater for all ages and abilities, and our experienced trainers create programs bespoke to each individual. Our recreational classes are a great way to keep the mind and body active, and it’s way more fun than the gym!


Saturday Circus Arts

11 – 16 years

Saturdays, 3.15pm – 5.15pm

A high-energy two hour class of hard core parkour and circus disciplines including aerial, acrobatics and manipulation.

Acro-Parkour-TweenAcro/Parkour Tween

7 – 11 years

Tuesday or Thursday, 6.30pm – 8.00pm

An exciting high-energy class for those interested in acrobatics, tumbling and parkour.

Acro/Parkour Teen Extreme

12 years and up

Wednesday, 6.30pm – 8.30pm

A hardcore high-energy class for teens for those wanting to learn to flip, spin, twist, tumble, vault and fly through the air.

Extreme Trampoline

10 years and up

Tuesday, 6.30pm – 8.00pm

A dynamic class combining acrobatic skills with trampolining, focusing on refining techniques for flips and twists in the air.

Night Flies

9 – 16 years

Monday & Thursday, 6.30pm – 8.30pm

Advanced level training for young people with a passion for circus. Students must have experience in circus, gymnastics, dance or a similar discipline, with a good basic level of fitness.

Adult Aerial

18 and over

Tuesday, 7.00pm – 8.15pm

Build your upper body and core strength and learn the main aerial disciplines including trapeze, rope, silks and a-ring.

Wednesday, 6.30pm – 8.30pm

A great way to keep fit that’s more fun than the gym! Includes warm up, stretching, core strength, stability and introduction to circus disciplines.

Over 50s

Fruit Bats is a group of keen over 50s who meet weekly to train and learn new skills, with a focus on falls prevention, strengthening and stability.
