I understand that by completing this registration I accept full responsibility for my own personal safety within the premises of 605 Hovell Street, Albury and waive any rights to claims for compensation from the Flying Fruit Fly Foundation, (t/a Flying Fruit Fly Circus or FFFC).
I fully understand the nature of the National Training Project classes and give consent to participate, knowing and accepting the FFFC ensures that activities are carried out responsibly and with full attention to safety. I understand that I am responsible to pay all medical and/or ambulance costs if necessary, which may occur as a result of my actions to myself during the program.
I give permission for persons authorised by the FFFC to seek appropriate medical aid in the event that I am injured.
I agree to indemnify the FFFC from any liabilities, claims and causes of action that may be brought against the FFFC as a result of or in connection with any act, omission, failure or error on the part of the FFFC occurring wholly or partially during my participation in the project.
I understand that I am required to advise FFFC trainers if I have any medical concerns that may affect the training.
