We are proud to be the only Australian partner for Cirque du Soleil’s NexGen Talent Development Program. The goal of NexGen is to share expertise and best practices in the field of human performance, providing high-calibre training opportunities to emerging talent across the world.

NexGen is run in partnership with seven organisations around the world, and we are proud to be the only partner in Australia delivering this program, providing an unique opportunity for Australian artists.

NexGen training is delivered by Cirque du Soleil coaches in conjunction with the Flying Fruit Fly Circus team, and usually last between 4 days and 2 to 3 weeks. The training is targeted to specific disciplines and artists are invited to apply to be involved.

The program benefits not only the participants but all Fruit Fly Circus students and training staff, allowing for specialist skills exchange as well as the potential to identify interesting artists for Cirque’s pre-potential program.
