NTP Cancellation Policy

Ensure you know what to do if you can no longer attend the National Training Project.

Standard Cancellation Policy

While every care has been taken in the preparation of the National Training Project (NTP), the Flying Fruit Fly Circus reserves the right to alter details of programs at any stage.

All classes are subject to a minimum and maximum number of participants. Wherever possible a student to trainer ratio of 5:1 will be observed. If a particular class is cancelled or altered because of ratio, safety or any other reason, you will be notified as soon as practicable.

Refunds will only be issued if notice is given in writing at least one month in advance. If notice is given within this time, the fee will be refunded less 10% for administration costs.

If notice is given within one month of the start of NTP, the registration can be transferred to another participant, you can apply for a credit note for a future NTP, or you can apply for a 50% refund. Please note t-shirt and ticket purchases are not able to be refunded in this time.

COVID-19 Cancellation

Whilst we hope the COVID-19 pandemic will not affect us, we have put measures in place to ensure that you can book with confidence.

  • In the event that the NTP is forced to cancel due to COVID-19 restrictions, you will receive a full refund.
  • In the event that you are unable to attend the NTP due to government imposed COVID-19 restrictions, you will be refunded less 10% for administration costs.
  • In the event that the NTP has to be cancelled mid-way through due to COVID-19 restrictions, you will be refunded pro-rata for days lost less 10% for administration costs.
  • Please note, t-shirts are not able to be refunded after 31 May 2023.
