About

Synthotronica combines fat beats with fatter synths and live baritone sax and percussion with one thing in mind: to make you dance!

The alter-ego of award-winning artist, composer and multi-instrumentalist Ania Reynolds, she has performed her original music across five continents, shared a saxophone solo duet with Femi Kuti and played baritone sax hanging upside down at the National Theatre In London. Afrobeat, dub/reggae, Cumbia, Balkan Beat, electro swing, Ethio-Jazz and more feature in her her original sound that has been variously described as Wonkadelic, Techno Jazz, Steampunk Swing and Cosmic Groove. Forecast: groovy, with the chance of triangle solos.

This is an all-ages, alcohol-free event.
